For your convenience you may pay fees using your debit or credit card. Please see details to the right for using PayPal. I also accept cash, check, or money order. A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.
If you currently have insurance I can give you an insurance super bill to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement of fees. Many insurance carriers will accept this for payment as an out-of-network service. Please call your insurance carrier for details. Additionally, I am currently working on becoming a provider for several insurance carriers. If you like, please let me know your insurance carrier, and I will submit my application for direct pay provider services.
